Research on the Psychological Characteristics and Management Countermeasures of "Delayed Employment" Student Groups in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges

AbstractAgainst the background of in-depth interaction between the vocational education system and the employment market， the "delayed employment" phenomenon among students in vocational undergraduate colleges highlights the contradiction between educational atributes and social cognition. Focusing on the psychological characteristics and management countermeasures of this group，this study analyzes their psychological dilemmas caused bydeviations in academic recognition，major-oriented employment needs，and contradictions between market supplyand demand，and reveals theirpsychological traits characterizedbythecoexistenceofpositive explorationandnegative anxietyaswellas the diferentiation caused bydiferences in gender，familybackground，and majors.Basedonthis，management paths are proposed from fourdimensions： hierarchicalinterventioninmentalhealth education，reconstructionofemploymentguidance models，deepeningof school-enterprisecollaborativeeducation，and improvementof school-family linkage mechanisms. This provides theoretical and practical references foroptimizing the employment servicesystem of vocational undergraduate colleges and promoting students' career development.
