Research on Talent Cultivation in Public Security Colleges in the Context of Modernization of Public Security Work

AbstractInthe new journeyofcomprehensively building amodernsocialistcountry，thecomplexity，dynamics，and comprehensivenes of national security and social governance are increasingly prominent， making the modernization of public security work a major mision bestowed upon public security organs by the times. Public security colleges must firmly grasp the strategic core of new-quality public security combat effectiveness and strive to forge a strong contingent of public security personnel whoare politically sound，highlyskilled，and of high quality. Based on the urgentneedforhigh-qualityversatile，andcombat-oriented publicsecuritypersonnelinthenew era，this paperanalyzes the practical dificultiesandoptimization paths ofpublicsecuritycollges in terms ofeducational philosophy， teaching content，and teaching models， with the aim of providing practical references for public security colleges to meet the strategic tasks of new-quality public security combat effectiveness.
