Teaching Practice of Fault Diagnosis for New Energy Vehicle Drive Motors Based on the Integration of "Job Course Competition Certificate"

AbstractAs thecoreof vehicleoperationsafetyand energy eficiencycontrol, the fault diagnosis task of the new energy vehicle drive motor covers composite operations suchas signal interpretation,state recognition,and control logic judgment.Traditional vocationalcoursesare difficult tosupport itscrossdomainskillrequirements.Thearticle revolves around the teaching task offault diagnosis for drive motors,andconstructs a course reconstruction path based on the "job coursecompetition certificate"integration mechanism.Startingfrom jobabilities,the expression logicof teaching objectives is reset,and a module task chain matching training platform structure isadopted.Competitiontask nodesareembeddedintheteaching process,andcertificatestandardfieldsare integratedtoimprove thebehaviordata comparison system. Teaching practice relies on structured training platforms to verify the eficient improvement of teaching outcomes and promote the deep integration of course content and skill expression.
