AbstractDrivenbynew quality productive forces,vocational undergraduate education faces astructural contradiction betwen traditionalprogram development paradigms andthe demands ofindustrial digitalization,manifested prominently inlaggingprogamsupply,institutionaligidityandspeficial technologyaplication.Itismperative tostablshoel program development paradigm featuring deep "industry-education-technology" collaboration, enabling precise alignment between education and industry through dynamic adjustment mechanisms,breaking institutional barrirs via govemance modernization,and adopting a phased approach to foster deeper technological integration.The key lies in overcoming path dependency to develop asystematic innovation pathway characterized by demand-responsiveness, competency orientation, technologyempowerment,and multi-stakeholder synergy一ensuring vocational undergraduate education becomes a primary platform forcultivating high-quality technical talent capable of supporting new quality productive forces.
