“校一行一企”协作的“一课多师”教学模式在高职医学教学中的应用

(RehabilitationTeachingandResearchSection,ChangzhouHealth VocationalColege,Changzhou,Jiangsu23000) AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheeffctivenessofthe"onelesson,multipleteachers"teachingmodelof"shoolindusty enterprise"collaboration inthecourseof physicalfactor therapytechnology.Method:Atotalof166studentsmajoring in RehabilitationMedicinefromChangzhouHealthHigherVocationalandTechnicalSchoolin2021and2O22wereselectedand divided into a conventional teaching group (n=82 and an experimental group (n=84 )according to the difference in enrollment time.Theregular teachinggroupcarriesoutregular teaching,whiletheexperimentalgroupcaresout "onelessn,multiple teachers"teachingthrough"shoolindustryenterprise"collaboration.Comparetheaessmentscores,teachingeectiveness evaluation,clinicalcommuncationskils,andteachingsatisfactionbetween twogroups.Result:Theexperimental grouphad highercoresioialndoratioalsilsentaswellsstacngfieseaosdt the conventional teaching group (all P<0.05 ).After teaching,the scores ofvarious dimensions of clinical communication ability scalesinbothgroups were higherthanbefore teaching,andtheexperimental groupwashigherthantheconventionalteaching group (both P<0.05) 0.The satisfaction level of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional teaching group 1 (P<0.05) .Conclusion:The "one lesson,multiple teachers"teaching model of"schoolindustryenterprise"colaborationhasa better effect on the physics factor therapy technology course in vocational medical collges.
