AbstractWith the acelerated intermationalizationofhigh-speedrail passenger services，Englishcommunication skills have become acore competencyfor industry professionals.However，several isues persist in theoral English teaching of high-speedrail passengerservicecourses invocational colleges，requiringurgent resolution.Thisstudy exploresareform path fororal English instruction aligned with vocational needs by establishing a teaching model that combines psychologicalcounseling with situational motivation，implementing diferentiated strategies based on hierarchyan d classification，adopting a core vocabularyand simplified sentence structure teaching system，and creating a multidimensional dynamic evaluation framework.Research findings indicate that targeted reform strategies can effectively enhance students'English application abilities in high-speed rail service scenarios，providing practical insights for optimizing vocational English curriculum instruction.
