Teaching Design of English Reading in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on the Concept of English Learning Activities

AbstractBased onthe perspective of the English learning activity view,thisarticle points outthe problems of ideological deviation,practical exercises,and imbalanced claroomsubjects in current vocational Englishreading teaching.Italso explains the importanceoftheEnglish leaming activity view for innovativereading teaching models, including breaking through the dilemma of traditional teaching hollowing out and fragmented skilltraining,and improving students'core literacy.Based on this,the article proposes a teaching strategy that takes situational creation as the cornerstone,diverse activities as thecarrier,and studentsas the center. It elaborates onhow toefectively integrate language learningand vocational abilitycultivation throughvocational situational tasks,layeredactivity design,and dynamic evaluation mechanisms.
