Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Course

AbstractThe concepts and principles involved in the electromagnetic field and microwave course are abstract and complex,and students havediffculties inunderstanding,lowclasroomparticipation,andpoorapplicationabilities. Based on this,this teaching reform has carried out exploration and practice centered on "visualization-cuting-edgeproject-based". Specifically, it includes: ① using full wave simulation software and AI large models to visually display abstract electromagnetic concepts and principles; ② Introduce cutting-edge technologies such as digital metasurfaces and improve students' classroom participation through literature review; ③ Set up an array antenna design course project that includes antennas,power dividers,and filters todeepen students'understandingofthe learned knowledge and cultivate their engineering practical abilities.The implementation results show that after the reform,students' classroom speaking enthusiasm has significantly improved,and the teaching effect has significantly improved.

现代信息社会对无线通信与感知技术的依赖日益加深,从5G/6G移动通信、卫星通信与导航到雷达成像、预警探测、精确制导等,电磁场与微波技术是这些应用的关键支撑技术之一。(剩余4632字)
