AbstractThearticle delves into the issues ofoutdated teaching content incurrent water supplyanddrainage pipeline network courses,suchas lagging behind industrydevelopment,monotonous teachingmethods,and weak practical training.It elaboratesonthecompatibilityofBIMtechnologyinenhancing teaching intuitiveness,cultivating students' teamworkabilities,andconstructingasystematiccognitiveframework.Byreconstructingtheteachingcontentsystemand innovating teachingmethods,BIMtechnologyis integrated into practical instruction.Practice has proventhat BIM technologyenhancesstudents'comprehensiveabilitiesandteachers'instructionalproficiencycreatingvastopportunities forcultivating high-quality watersupplyand drainage professionals suited to the "intelligent construction era".
