Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Semiconductor Materials Course for Microelectronics Talent Cultivation

AbstractThe semiconductor materials course plays an important role in building the knowledge system,cultivating engineering practicalabilities,and shaping innovativeconsciousness ofstudents majoring inmicroelectronics.However,it faces newteachingchalengesandreform needs inthecontextofnewengineeringdisciplines.Thearticleisbasedonthe goal ofcultivating talents inthe feldofmicroelectronics,and deeplyanalyzes the main problems incurrent cuiculum teaching. It proposes a teaching reform approach based on"theory as the foundation,ability oriented,project driven,and industry education integration as the support".Through multidimensional measures such as restructuring thecourse content system, innovating teaching methods,constructing virtualsimulation practice platforms,and reforming diversified assessment mechanisms,we aim to promote the integration of courses with industry demands,comprehensively enhance students' knowledge integrationability,practical innovationability,and overall quality.
