Research on the Innovation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Teaching Model in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Digital Era

Abstracthe physicaleducationand healthcoursesinvocationalcoleges havedualatributesof"careerorientation"and "health promotion",emphasizing practicality and applicability.In the context ofthe digital age,the convenience of informationacqusition and personalized student needs have impacted traditional teaching models,and there is anurgent need to reconstruct teaching logic. Vocationalcollges can be guided by product thinking,driven by story thinking,and guided bycross-border thinking.Byconstructinga "three-level progressve" goal system,a "dual dimensional linkage" contentarchitecture,a"three-dimensionalcollaboration"implementationpath,anda"dualtrackvalue-added"evaluation mechanism,they can ultimately achieve the talent cultivation goals of enhancing course atractiveness,sustainable development of healthy behaviors,and "integration of physical education and vocational education",providing a systematic solution for the digital transformation of vocational physical education courses.
