Research on the Pathways for Developing Vocational Psychological Adaptability among Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractAt present,vocationalcollege students have deviations in theirvcational cognition,insuficientstress resistance,and difficultyinrole transformation.Inaddition,there are problemsinthecurriculum designofvocational psychological adaptation ability cultivation,such as the disconnection between professional curriculum system and practice, weak teacherandresource support,andlack ofevaluationmechanismand fedback system, which furtherestrict the improvement of their vocational psychological adaptation ability.Based onthis,vocational colleges need to explore paths that are suitable forcultivating students'vocationalpsychological adaptabilityfrom dimensions such asrestructuring the curriculum system and practice platform,optimizing the teacher structure,and improving the evaluation mechanism, in order to help students achieve a smooth transition from "campus person" to "professional person".
1职业心理适应能力的概念内涵
