AbstractTeCmodel，hichinludescreatiityiialtking，ommunicationkils，collaboration，dltual understanding and inheritance，provides strong support forthe development of individual comprehensive abilities. Basedon the needs forcultivating professional qualities in vocationalmedical students，this article constructs a professional qualitycultivation system for vocational medicalstudents basedonthe 5C modelfromthree aspects： the cultivation goals of professionalqualities，theprinciplesofconstructing thecultivation system，and the frameworkof thecultivationstem.Tisismedataningmedicalsudents'proessionaletics，proessionalabilities，uistic qualities，andcomprehensivequalities，andproviding theoreticalsupportand practicalpathways forcultivating highquality and highly skilled medical talents.
