AbstractTeCmodel,hichinludescreatiityiialtking,ommunicationkils,collaboration,dltual understanding and inheritance,provides strong support forthe development of individual comprehensive abilities. Basedon the needs forcultivating professional qualities in vocationalmedical students,this article constructs a professional qualitycultivation system for vocational medicalstudents basedonthe 5C modelfromthree aspects: the cultivation goals of professionalqualities,theprinciplesofconstructing thecultivation system,and the frameworkof thecultivationstem.Tisismedataningmedicalsudents'proessionaletics,proessionalabilities,uistic qualities,andcomprehensivequalities,andproviding theoreticalsupportand practicalpathways forcultivating highquality and highly skilled medical talents.
