AbstractThe standardization construction of vocational undergraduate degree awarding needs to balance educational atributes and vocational atributes，withcoreelements includingacademic standards，practical abilitystandards，and comprehensive literacy standards.In current practice，there are problems such as unbalanced connection of thestandard system，weak adaptability of the evaluation mechanism， insufficient teacher support，and non-standard process management.Toaddresstheaboveissues，strategiescanbeadopted，suchastheherarchicaldesignofthestandardsystem， the construction of a diversified evaluation framework，the strengthening ofthe "double-qualified" teacher training mechanism，andthe improvementofful-process management norms.These measuresaimtoenhancethe standardization and uniformity of degree awardingas well as the scientificity of quality certification.
