Basedonthecombined appication of Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise)andDOPS (Directly Observed ProceduralSkills),thisstudyconstructsateachingevaluatiosstemcoveringthethre-dimensionalelementsofdiagosisskil-thiking".Byguidingstudents tocompletediagnosisand treatment tasksinclinical scenarios,andcombining structuredscoringandreal-time feedback,thesystemimproves thestandardizationof theirdiagnosisand treatment,the accuracyofoperations,andtheclarityofthinking.Theresults showthatthis modelhasasignificantefectinimproving students'clinicalperformance,standardizingoperationtraining,andenhancing teachinginteraction,providinganewpath for improving the teaching quality of TCM Gynecology.
