Optimization Path of Bedside Teaching Evaluation System in TCM Gynecology Based on Mini-CEX andDOPS

Basedonthecombined appication of Mini-CEX（Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise）andDOPS （Directly Observed ProceduralSkills），thisstudyconstructsateachingevaluatiosstemcoveringthethre-dimensionalelementsofdiagosisskil-thiking".Byguidingstudents tocompletediagnosisand treatment tasksinclinical scenarios，andcombining structuredscoringandreal-time feedback，thesystemimproves thestandardizationof theirdiagnosisand treatment，the accuracyofoperations，andtheclarityofthinking.Theresults showthatthis modelhasasignificantefectinimproving students'clinicalperformance，standardizingoperationtraining，andenhancing teachinginteraction，providinganewpath for improving the teaching quality of TCM Gynecology.
