Exploring Optimized Training Pathways for Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Physicians in the Context of New Medical Sciences

AbstractDriven by the new medical curriculum，the training of rehabilitation physicians urgently needs to break through traditional models and build new pathways that meet the demands of an aging population，high incidenceof chronic diseases，and technological inovation.Thisarticle addresss the current botlenecks in the training system， such as the absence of undergraduate courses，weak integration of technologies，and insufcient interdisciplinary collaboration. It proposes to build an optimized training path for compound rehabilitation physicians based on "technologyas thefoundation，humanities asthesoul，andcollaborationasthe bidge"through verticalintegrationof the education chain，horizontal fusion ofinterdisciplinary elements，and dynamic assessment to promote quality.
