Research on the Innovative Talent Training System of Applied Undergraduate Universities Based on Industry University Cooperation

AbstractIn today's rapidly developing knowledge economy，cultivating innovative talents has become increasingly important. As one of the new educational models， industry academia cooperation aims to cultivate innovative talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical abilities through close collaboration between schools and enterprises. Thearticle first elaborates on the importance of building an innovative talent cultivationsystem through industry universitycooperation inapplied undergraduate universities，and thenanalyzes the problems that exist in the process of cultivating innovative talents in applied undergraduate universities from the perspective of industry university cooperation. On this basis，the article proposes strategies for constructing an innovative talent training system for application-oriented undergraduate universitiesbased on industryuniversitycooperation frommultiple aspects，in order to provide some inspiration and reference for similar universities.
