AbstractIn the context of new quality productivity,the cultivation offinancial digital marketing talents is not onlya practicalchoice to meet the digital transformationneeds offinancial institutions,butalsoan importantsupportto serve national strategiesand promote high-quality economic development.Through in-depth explorationof the problems in the curiculum system,teachingstaff,and industryuniversityresearch collaboration intheprocessofcultivating financial digital marketing talents,te article proposes to focus on optimizing the curiculum system,enhancing the digital literacy ofthe teaching staff,and building an innovative ecosystem ofdeepcollboration between industry,academia,and research,inorder topromotethedepintegrationoffiancialeducationandidustry,andcultivatefiancialtalents with global vision,digital thinking,and innovative spirit in the complex and ever-changing market environment.
