A Bibliometric Analysis of Interpersonal Communication Disorders among College Students in China

AbstractExistingresearch indicatesthatinterpersonalcommunicationbarriersseriouslyaffectthephysicalandmental healthand futureachievementsofcollge students，whilealso constraining social development.Thearticleconducts a quantitative analysis of the relevant research on interpersonal communication disorders among Chinese collge students， systematicallyviewstecurrntresearchsatusandexistingproblems intisfield，inodertolayatheoretical foudation for helping collge students establish good interpersonal relationships，promote theircomprehensivephysicaland mental health development，andcontribute totheconstructionofahealthyChina.Theanalysis resultsshowthatthereisalackof literatureon the current statusof interpersonalcommunicationbarrersamongcollege students inrecent years;Interms of exploring thecauses，there is inconsistencyin the impactof intimacy inexternalfamily factors on interpersonal communication barriers，while there is alack ofexploration of mediating variables in interal factors andalack of joint explorationof interaland exteralfactors; In terms ofexperimental intervention，the designofthe planis single and lacks autonomy， whichcannot achieve the expected results.The impact of diffrent types of groupcounseling on interpersonal communication among college students needs further research.
