Design of a Three-dimensional System for Cultivating Urban Management Professionals Based on Employability

AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftheeconomy，societyhasput forward newrequirements for theadaptabilityoflabor force.Some students，after entering society，experience "structural unemployment" due to their weak employability and inabilitytoadapt tochanges in the labormarket.Howto improve the leveloftalentcultivationandemploymentabilityis a new requirement for professional talent cultivation at the current stage.Based on the above understanding，this article explores the newchallenges faced byurbandevelopment andthe new demand for talent，anddiscusses the problems faced in the process of cultivating urban management professionals.Furthermore，it explores and constructs aneffective innovative training model forurbanmanagement professionals from three dimensions：enhancing professional abilities， strengtheningpracticalabilities，andimprovinginnovationabilities，inordertoenhancestudentscorecompetitivensnd promote their smooth employment.
