Abstract： With the increasing use of pesticides， the problem of pesticide residues in food has gradually become a focus of public attention. Food safety issues are related to people’s physical health and social stability， so it is very important to detect pesticide residues in food. This article deeply explores the key points of pesticide residue detection technology in food testing， elaborates on the importance of pesticide residue detection technology， comprehensively analyzes the key points of sample pretreatment technology， instrumental analysis technology and rapid detection technology， and proposes effective measures to improve pesticide residue detection technology， which provides a useful reference for improving the level of pesticide residue detection and ensuring food safety.
