我国食品添加剂的现状与发展对策
Abstract: Food additives, as an important support for the modern food industry, have played an irreplaceable role in extending the shelf life and improving the characteristics. However, in recent years, food safety incidents caused by the abuse of additives have occurred frequently, leading to a bias in the public’s scientific understanding of additives This paper analyzes the current application status of food additives in China, combined with the adjustment direction of the new version of the GB 2760—2024, and proposes strategies and suggestions such as improving the public’s scientific understanding and promoting industry-discipline, in order to provide a reference for the healthy development of China’s food additives industry.
