疾控中心食品检测实验室质量管理存在的问题及控制策略
Abstract: This paper analyzes the prominent problems existing in the quality management of food testing laboratories in centers for disease control and prevention from the dimensions of personnel operation, instrumentation and equipment, sample management, and laboratory environment. Corresponding control strategies are proposed. By improving the training system, optimizing equipment management, standardizing sample processes, and implementing scientific zoning management, this paper provides a theoretical reference for improving the testing quality of laboratories and contributes to the high-quality development of the food safety supervision system.
