气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测蔬菜中7种杀虫剂的农药残留量

Abstract: The aim of this study was to establish a method for the determination of 7 insecticides residues in vegetables by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The test was carried out by optimizing the sample pretreatment conditions and instrument parameters. The results showed that the seven insecticides showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01mg.L-1 to 1.00mg.L-1 , and the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.99. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.001mg⋅kg-1 to 0.005mg⋅kg-1 and 0.005mg.kg-1 to 0.010mg⋅kg-1 . The average recoveries of 7 insecticides ranged from 75.3% to 95.8% , and the relative standard deviations were all less than 8% . The method can effectively detect the residues of 7 insecticides in vegetables and provide reliable technical support for ensuring the quality and safety of vegetables.
