QuEChERS-气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法测定干制豇豆中27种农药及其代谢物残留

Abstract: A method for the determination of 27 pesticides and their metabolite residues in dried cowpea was established by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring mode. After rehydration, acetonitrile extraction, and purification in a dispersion tube, dried cowpeas were determined by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring mode, and the matrix matching standard curve was combined with internal standard method for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the residues of 27 pesticides and their metabolites had a good linear relationship between 5.0ng⋅mL-1 to 300.0ng⋅mL-1 , the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.995 2 to 1.0000 , the detection limit was 0.2μg⋅kg-1 to 3.0μg⋅kg-1 , and the quantitative limit was 0.1μg⋅kg-1 to 9.9μg⋅kg-1 . The average recoveries of each target substance were 82.0% to 118.3% , and the relative standard deviation was 0.8% to 6.3% at the 3 spike levels of 0.1, 0.4, 1.0mg.kg-1 . The method was simple, reproducible and sensitive, and was suitable for the rapid detection of 27 pesticides and their metabolite residues in dried cowpea.
