Abstract: In order to deeply analyze the crucial role of blockchain technology in ensuring the security of pesticide detection data for fruits and vegetables and constructing a traceability system, this study elaborates on the significance of blockchain technology in safeguarding data security, achieving accurate traceability, and protecting consumers’ rights and interests. And propose specific solutions such as strengthening data encryption, optimizing node management, innovating smart contract applications, and deepening coordination with supervision, aiming to use blockchain technology to solve the problems in data management of traditional fruit and vegetable pesticide testing, improve the quality and safety level of fruit and vegetable products, and rebuild market trust.
