Abstract: Qingyuan chicken, as a characteristic agricultural product of Guangdong province, boasts a long history of breeding and a unique flavor, and holds considerable potential for development in the preprocessed food market. This paper analyzes the current state of development of Qingyuan chicken preprocessed food brands, explores the issues existing in the process of brand building, and puts forward corresponding strategies for improvement, in the hope of providing references for the sustainable development of the Qingyuan chicken preprocessed food industry.
