安全营养视角下食品加工工艺研究
Abstract: Based on the perspective of safe nutrition, this article deeply analyzes the types, characteristics, and safety and nutrition issues of food processing technology. The article outlines the classification of food processing techniques and the core differences between traditional and modern processing technologies. Subsequently, the safety risks, nutrient loss issues, and the impact of processing techniques on food color, flavor, and texture were discussed in detail during the food processing. In terms of optimization strategies, the article proposes optimization measures for traditional processing technologies and innovative applications of modern processing technologies, emphasizing the importance of green and sustainable processing technologies. Through comprehensive analysis and case studies, this article aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the safety and nutritional value of food processing.
