农产品供应链中检测环节的薄弱点及强化措施研究

Abstract： With the rapid development of China’s agricultural product testing industry and the continuous increase in consumer attention to food safety， the importance of supply chain testing is becoming increasingly prominent. This article systematically analyzes the main weak points in the detection process of the agricultural product supply chain， and proposes targeted measures to optimize the detection sampling strategy， improve the efficiency of the detection process， perfect the layout of detection points， and deepen the value mining of detection data， aiming to improve the detection system of the agricultural product supply chain and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
