粮油质量检测关键环节控制措施研究

Abstract： In order to improve the level of grain and oil quality testing and ensure the sustainable development of the grain and oil industry， this article systematically analyzes the key links and control strategies that affect grain and oil quality testing. Research has shown that sample collection， selection of testing methods， maintenance of instruments and equipment， and control of testing environments are key factors affecting the quality of testing. It is recommended to comprehensively improve the technical level and management efficiency of grain and oil quality testing by strengthening personnel training， selecting appropriate testing methods， enhancing instrument and equipment maintenance， and strictly controlling the testing environment.
