农产品农药残留检测中干扰因素及消除方法的探索
Abstract: With the expansion of China’s agricultural production scale and the increase in pesticide usage, the accuracy of pesticide residue detection in agricultural products faces severe challenges. This article analyzes the interference of agricultural matrix in pesticide residue detection of agricultural products, as well as the interference factors in sample processing, instrument analysis, environment and storage conditions and proposes targeted elimination methods, including multiple purification techniques, matrix-matched calibration, and multi-phase extraction solvent optimization, aiming to provide scientific basis for improving the accuracy and reliability of pesticide residue detection in agricultural products.
