液相色谱-质谱联用技术在农药残留检测中的应用

Abstract： Pesticide residues are important challenges in the field of food safety and environmental protection， and scientific， accurate and efficient detection methods are essential to protect public health and the ecological environment. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has been widely used in the analysis of pesticide residues due to its high sensitivity， high selectivity， broad-spectrum detection ability， and strong qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities. In this paper， the application of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the testing of food and agricultural products， environmental and water quality monitoring， quality control and regulatory enforcement is reviewed， and the important role it plays in the analysis process is discussed.
