萝卜硫素和天然低共熔溶剂协同抗氧化作用研究

Abstract: The study investigated the individual and synergistic antioxidant activities of sulforaphane and natural deep eutectic solvents in scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2∘ -azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) radicals in vitro. By establishing a cellular oxidative damage model, their effects on glutathione (GSH) content, catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in oxidatively damaged cells were evaluated. The results demonstrated that sulforaphane and natural deep eutectic solvents exhibited synergistic enhancement in scavenging DPPH and ABTS radicals. At the cellular level, sulforaphane and natural deep eutectic solvents synergistically increased GSH levels and CAT, SOD activities, thereby reducing cellular oxidative damage.
