2019—2024年瑞安市食物中毒事件的分析与研究

Abstract: Objective: To understand the situation of food poisoning in Rui’an city from 2019 to 2024, which can provide a scientific basis for the subsequent prevention of food poisoning. Method: During these six years, there were 15 incidents of chemical food poisoning affecting 107 people in Rui’an city, with the main pathogenic factors including bacterial infections and the consumption of poisonous mushrooms, which were analyzed, counted, and classified. Result: The number of chemical food poisoning cases was mainly due to individual foraging by villagers, but the number of poisoned individuals was relatively low. In contrast, while the number of poisoning incidents in collective canteens was relatively low, the number of poisoned individuals was higher. Conclusion: It is recommended to strengthen food safety management and related public education to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. Strengthening quality control at all stages of food production and consumption, and enhancing the prevention of chemical food poisoning to reduce its incidence.
