高职院校食品安全管理方法探究

Abstract: As a place with a high density of people, the food safety of higher vocational colleges is directly related to the physical health of students and the long-term development of the school. At present, although higher vocational colleges have made certain progress in logistics reform and food safety management, there are still some management shortcomings and safety hazards. In the context of rapid development of education, how to effectively prevent and control food safety issues has become an important issue in the logistics management of higher vocational colleges. This paper deeply analyzes the main difficulties in the current food safety management of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures, aiming to provide higher vocational colleges with practical food safety management strategies, ensure the physical and mental health of students, and promote the steady development of schools.
