Abstract: Objective: To establish an instrumental analysis method for the determination of aflatoxins B1 (AFT B1′ ), aflatoxin B2 (AFT B2,∖ , aflatoxin G1 (AFT G1′ ) and aflatoxin G2(AFTG2) in edible oil by immunoaffinity column cleanupliquid chromatography-laser induced fluorescence spectrometry, and to determine these four aflatoxins in edible oil samples to provide a basis for evaluating their quality. Method: The samples were separated by Immunoaffinity column and analyzed by laser induced fluorescence spectrometry after filtration. Result: AFT B1 and AFT G1 showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.2ng⋅mL-1 to 50.0ng⋅mL-1 , and AFT B2 and AFT G2 showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.06ng⋅mL-1 to 15.00ng⋅mL-1 . The spiked recovery of the samples is between 90.7% and 107.0% , and the relative standard deviation is between 0.61% and 7.49% . Conclusion: This method has high sensitivity and good accuracy, and meets the requirements for the detection of aflatoxins in edible oils.

黄曲霉毒素(Aflatoxins,AFT)是由黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌产生的一组化学结构类似的剧毒性次级代谢产物,属于二氢呋喃香豆素衍生物,其中以黄曲霉毒素 B1 (Aflatoxins B1 )、黄曲霉毒素 B2 (AflatoxinsB2 )、黄曲霉毒素 G1 (Aflatoxins G1 )和黄曲霉毒素G2 (Aflatoxins G2 )最为常见,对人类及动物健康构成严重威胁,具有强烈的致癌性、致畸性和致突变性。(剩余5698字)
