基于食品安全标准开展食品检测存在的问题与对策

Abstract： Food safety issues are related to public health and life safety， and food testing as a key link to ensure food safety， its importance is self-evident. This paper expounds the positive role of food testing based on food safety standards， deeply analyzes the existing problems in the process of food testing， and puts forward countermeasures in order to improve the level of food testing in our country and ensure food safety.
