Abstract: Objective: To establish an analytical method for the determination of fluoride, chloride, nitrate nitrogen, sulfate, chlorate, chlorite and glyphosate in drinking water by ion chromatography. Method: By optimizing the concentration and flow rate of the eluent, the current of the suppressor, the column temperature and the injection conditions, and adjusting the gradient elution program, the simultaneous determination of seven common pollutants in domestic drinking water was achieved. Result: The linear relationships of the seven substances were good within their respective linear ranges. The correlation coefficient r>0.999 , the detection limit was 0.007 1mg.L-1 to 0.0265mg.L-1 , and the spiked recovery rate was 87.9% to 103.0% . Conclusion: The optimized method is simple and rapid. The detection limits of the 7 substances are lower than those stipulated in the series of standards GB/T 5750— 2023, and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 7 common pollutants in drinking water.
