农村地区食品安全监管问题与对策探析

Abstract: The economic foundation of rural areas is relatively weak, the geographical transportation conditions are poor, and the development of urban and rural areas is unbalanced, so the food safety supervision work faces many problems. This paper analyzes common food safety problems in rural areas, such as defects in supervision of production and circulation links, weak supervision at the grassroots level, insufficient testing capacity at the grassroots level, and weak public participation initiative. Combined with the actual situation, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize food safety supervision, such as strengthening the supervision of food production and circulation links, constructing diversified supervision methods, improving the efficiency of rural food safety testing and strengthening the publicity of food safety laws and regulations.
