气相色谱-质谱联用技术在食品农药残留检测中的应用
Abstract: This paper reviews the specific applications of GC-MS technology in fruits and vegetables, grains, meat and aquatic products, analyzes the limitations of complex instrument operation, time-consuming pretreatment and limited application scope in the detection process, and proposes strategies such as strengthening personnel training, optimizing pretreatment process and promoting technology research and development, in order to provide references for improving detection efficiency.
