基于液相色谱-串联质谱法的农产品中氟苯尼考胺的检测方法优化

Abstract: Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of f lorfenicol amine in agricultural products, and to optimize the method. Method: 0.05% ammonia aqueous solution was used instead of traditional ammonium formate solution as the aqueous phase in the mobile phase, and the samples were extracted by 2% ammoniated ethyl acetate, defatted by n-hexane, ammoniated ethyl acetate reverse extraction, and determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Result: The linear relationship of the f lorfenicol amine was good at 1~50ng⋅mL-1 R2>0.999 ), the recovery rate was 94.3%~ 112.7% , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.9%~ 6.6% . Conclusion: This method can effectively solve the problems of abnormal peak emergence and matrix interference of f lorfenicol amine with high accuracy, and is suitable for the daily detection of f lorfenicol amine in agricultural products.
