乳制品中抗生素残留检测技术研究

Abstract: Existing antibiotic detection technologies include chromatographic analysis, mass spectrometry, immunological detection, biosensor and molecular biology methods. Different technologies have differences in sensitivity, specificity, detection speed and application scenarios, which limit large-scale popularization. Aiming at the demand of antibiotic residue detection in dairy products, the principle, application scope and development trend of common detection methods were analyzed, in order to provide reference for improving detection accuracy and efficiency as well as the application of emerging technologies.
