食品质量安全管理中计量控制的作用研究

Abstract: Food quality and safety are directly related to public health and social stability, and the complexity of the production chain makes precision management the core challenge of the industry. The metrological control provides objective basis for raw material screening, processing monitoring and finished product inspection by unifying the quantity value standard and standardizing the testing process. At present, the food industry has increasingly higher requirements for quality control precision, and it is urgent to systematically study the implementation path and value realization mechanism of metrological control technology in quality and safety management. This paper expounds the definition and principle of metrological control, analyzes the function of metrological control in food quality and safety management, and hopes to provide theoretical reference for optimizing industry management practice.
