餐饮企业智能化管理对饮食安全的影响及建议
Abstract: With the scale expansion of the catering industry and the continuous upgrading of consumer safety demands, the traditional management model has been difficult to cope with complex food safety risks. Based on this, this paper studies the impact of intelligent management of catering enterprises on food safety, and puts forward optimization suggestions to give full play to the advantages of intelligent management and promote the safe development of the catering industry.
