食品添加剂非法使用问题及改进对策

Abstract: This paper analyzes the main issues regarding the illegal use of food additives, focusing on the dangers posed to food safety by excessive use, over-limit usage, and the substitution of industrial raw materials for food additives. The analysis reveals that current food additive detection technologies face challenges such as insufficient sensitivity, low specificity, and difficulties in identifying new illegal additives. In order to deal with these problems, this paper proposes a series of improvement measures to improve the accuracy of food additive detection and further protect public health.
