高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定植物源食品中多抗霉素B、四霉素A的残留量

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the determination of polyoxin B and tetramycin A residues in plant-derived foods by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Method: The samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile and cleaned up by solid phase extraction column. Gradient elution was used for separation and multiple reaction monitoring scanning analysis was performed in electrospray positive ion mode. Result: Polyoxin B and tetramycin A showed good linear relationships within their respective linear ranges, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99, average recoveries of 75.2%~ 92.5%, and relative standard deviations of 2.1%~ 8.5% . In the actual sample determination, polyoxin B (0.08μg⋅kg-1) was detected in only one apple sample, and the target compound was not detected in the other samples. Conclusion: The high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method established in this study has high sensitivity, good accuracy, and simple operation, and is suitable for the determination of polyoxin B and tetramycin A residues in plant-derived foods.
