快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用分析

Abstract： Food is the basis for public survival and social harmony and stability， and food safety is a common public health problem faced by most countries and regions in the world. At present， the types of food in our country are increasing， and the food supply chain is showing a complicated trend. In this context， traditional food safety detection methods have been unable to meet the needs of food detection in the new era， and rapid detection technology with its advantages of short detection time and high sensitivity， quickly applied to food safety monitoring work. Based on this， this paper starts with the common food safety rapid testing technology， analyzes the principle， advantage and application status of testing technology， and analyzes the improvement path of food safety supervision level， to provide technical support for the improvement of our food safety supervision system.
