【Abstract】To meet the demand for high-qualityon-site engineers driven by the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,thispaper,basedonthe WorkplaceFieldTheoryandthe "Four-Chain Integration"framework,combines the orientationof vocational undergraduate educationand thefunctions of modern industrial colleges.After analyzing the dilemmas inthetrainingofon-siteengineersfornewenergyvehicles,thispaperconstructsa"five-in-one"training model fromfive dimensionsand formsan inovative path characterized by "government-enterprise-universitycollaboration, integrationofposts,courses,ompetitionsandcertificates,andprogressvefield practice".isapproach providesapractical paradigmforvocationalundergraduatecollges tocultivatecompoundon-siteengineers inthe fieldofnew energyvehicles.
