【Abstract】Against the backdrop of global energy transition,the new energy vehicle industry has achieved rapid expansion,driving asharp increase inthe stock of power batteries,while environmental management problems inthe maintenance process have gradually emerged.Focusing on the power batery maintenance process,this paper identifies threecore problems inthe industrythroughsystematicanalysis:irregularrecyclinganddisposalof waste bateries,poor controlofharmful gas emissons,and chaotic waste classification management.These problems directlylead toheavy metal polution,deterorationofiqualityandwasteofresoures.Toddress theaboveisues,thspaperproposescoespodng solutions:establishing a sound waste battry recycling system,equipping professional wastegas treatmentdevices,and implementing strict waste clasification management systems.Through multiple measures,including system construction, facility improvementand system implementation,theenvironmental management behaviors inthe maintenance process canbeeffectivelystandardized.Theresearch results provide practical guidancefor improving the environmental protection level of power battery maintenance and help the industry achieve green and sustainable development.
