【Abstract】With the improvement of the intelligent level of automobiles,the requirements for safety,dynamic responseandcomfortof theentirevehiclehavebecomeincreasinglystrict.Thispaper takesthechassisdomaincontroller as thecore and conducts aresearch onredundantdesign and closed-loop inteligent interaction.Byoptimizing the system architecture,designing redundantlayout,andconstructing theactuatorinteraction mechanism,itrealizes thejointcontrol andredundantbackupof by-wirestering,Brake-by-Wireandsemi-activesuspensions.Theverificationof the hardwarein-the-loop test platform shows thatthedual-channel redundancy design can effectively reduce response delay and improve fault-tolerantperformance,providing areliable guarantee forthe safetycontrolof theentire vehicle.Theresearch canprovidereferencesfortheintegrated improvementof thevehicle's electronicarchitectureandtheapplicationof multisystem collaborative technology.
